Big Little Guy Exterior Cleaning

Very upset!! Was told by Rich he would NOT use the pressure washer on my mahogany wood door, but came home to a drenched door ! Had to dry with my Turkish towels! Was informed by a professional window and door company you NEVER use a pressure washer on a mahogany door, nor do you drench in water!!!! Never again !!!

The service was unbelievably professional.  Rich came to our home to personally give an estimate of our cost for the work to be done.  We were very satisfied with the quote he gave us, and we scheduled the day and time for the work to be done.  He had scheduled the following Thursday, from 2 to 3 PM.  We received a call at 1:45 to advise us that he would be a little late and told us to expect him between 3 and 3:45 PM.  Rich and 2 work people showed up at 3 PM and began work.  Within an hour everything was cleaned and they also cleaned the patio screening.  Good job and the price was right!  Thank you Big Little Guy!

Perfect.  Had to pressure wash before sealing and find a non-rainy afternoon to seal.  He came back three times to my house to try to seal (weather was not cooperating) but I really needed it done by a certain date so went out of way to complete as requested. 

Rich, the owner, was prompt in coming over to provide a very thorough estimate. He took the time to go over everything that was needed to put the house on top shape. This was the second estimate I obtained for the same service and by far, this company's pricing was a better deal overall.
Rich was punctual, communicated frequently to keep us posted on the progress of the job. Once completed, he explained everything he had done and how we can up keep it. He also did some little things here and there for free, like pressure washing some stones out on our lawn, checking all our pool screen enclosures, blowing out leaves from a gutter, etc.
The pool screen and deck looks like new, the windows are shining, the house looks awesome, etc. We are very happy with his service and wil use his services every year.
