Before I hired them I made other calls for estimates. This company had a lower estimate than others. The provider offered to get me parts from a scrap yard. When the provider installed the parts from the scrap yard they were obviously not the same as I had on my vehicle before, for example the grill was of a different year. I confronted them about this and Joe said they had to stay in budget. The parts were put together extremely poorly. There are large gaps between the hood, grill, fenders, bumper, and headlamps. There is a screw exposed on the outside of the vehicle which holds the headlight to the body of the car. It has been about 4 months since the repair was done and there are large problems with this repair. One headlight fell out. I have talked to Robert about the issues with the vehicle and he had no comments. The company offered to send me a new headlight but the original repair is the issue, not necessarily the light fixture. I want the company to refund my payment. I have had too many issues with the provider and will not be going back.
