Allow Me Vero

Wonderfully! Tom checked on the house as scheduled and sent us photos of what he found (no problems at all, thank heavens!). When we go away, it provides great peace of mind to know that someone is making sure the house is okay. Imagine if a pipe burst, flooding the house, or the electricity went out, leaving the food in the refrigerator to rot, or the pool's water level got so low that it inhibited the filter system. All very bad news. In all, having Tom check on the house is the best--and lowest cost--insurance around.

Tom does a very good job

For the past 5 years, Tom from "Allow Me Vero property management" has always gone beyond his call of duty. He checks on our home in Vero Beach when we are out of town. Many times there have been scheduling conflicts with contractors and he always pulls through and makes sure the job is done perfectly. His work ethic is impeccable. Tom is wonderful!  He has provided us with the assurance that our property is in good condition and monitored when we are not there.  His weekly visits to the house ensure there are no problems, and his frequent communications helps us to feel someone is looking out for us in Vero.  He has assisted us by being at the house for deliveries and repairs.  Once when the power went out, he even stopped by the house at midnight just to make sure all was well.  He goes over and above for his clients.  I'm not sure how we would have been able to successfully handle long distance home ownership without his services.
