All Star Plumbing

Not having had hot water for over a year, and another plumber telling me to "live with it" and then his boss saying he couldn't find anything wrong, this plumber was recommended to me.  I told him my whole story and that it seemed like something was shorting out.  He couldn't figure out what was wrong, but at least he agreed there was something wrong and I shouldn't need to "live with it".  He came and changed everything and reset everything.  It shorted out again.  He came out again, and after leaving my house after making sure the heater was working, he  was back again in about 5 minutes (not quite sure why he turned around and came  back), but when he came back, the water heater had already shorted out, so he knew it was the heater itself and not the elements or thermostats.  He gave me a an excellent price to replace the water heater, and a very good price to upgrade it to a bigger water heater.  He was back in a couple days to replace the water heater, and I have had hot water since then.  Very happy.
