Of all the decisions I have made as a homeowner one of the smartest was choosing Adron Fence. They did such a wonderful job.

Well let's see. My sales man's was to come out on a Wed no time given for him to show. Wed came and went with no show and no call. Next day I called the office and was.told the salesmen make there own schedules and that he would call. Finally I got a call and he finally showed up on that Thursday. Dumb me decided to go with the company for the installation. I paid the half down(deposit on 7/22/22). It took a week to get the papers to sign for them to pull the permit and to file the notice of commitment with the court. Another two weeks go by with no contact from them. (I called a few times). Finally I got a call to set the installation date for 9/9/22. Got a call the week before to reschedule, because the installer was not going to be in that day. So got scheduled for the following week 9/16/22. In the meantime I kept asking if it was going to be able to be completed in one day, because I have 4 dogs and can't let the run if it was not finished. I kept getting it should be. Finally get the fence installed, and which I can honestly say they were excellent. They showed up just before 8am and removed the old fence and had the new one in and finished by 1:30pm. Only down fall is that they did not have the gate caps for my 4 gates. They told my husband the sales man would come out and put them on. Shocker no call or communication from him. In the meantime i get an email for the final payment. I wrote back saying the job is incomplete because of the missing caps and the final inspection for the permit had not been done. The next week the inspector approved it and the salesman came out with 4 caps when I need 8. So wait again. In the meantime on of my gates will not latch properly. Finally get my last 4 caps. Called to the office since I didn't see the salesman when he put the last caps on to tell them about the gates. That call was on 10/6. Was told that they would call the next day which didn't happen and no one showed. Called today 10/12 and was told they have stuff to get done in the shop and the shop Forman would be the one coming out to fix the gate. Now promised a call for tomorrow. So hopefully by the end of the month I might have it fixed. Definitely don't recommend if you are looking for something to be completed quick and don't mind being left in the dark.

They never returned my calls to get estimates.

Travis was great. The price they gave me was the price they charged me. They came when they were supposed to do. They were on time and everything. They were very professional.

Love the new fence!! Adron did a great job, quick turnaround and kept me updated on everything! I would definitely recommend them!!

Adron Fence is a wonderful company. They came when promised and called the day before coming to remind me. They performed the job and cleaned up their mess afterwards. I would give Adron Fence 5 stars and recommend them to anyone.

They are the best contractor I've ever had, they care about what they do also they are professional and the quality of the service is terrific and they cleaned up after themselves

Excellent work

I waited over two weeks for the appointment from when I originally called. On that morning I didn’t hear from the person who was supposed to call me so I called the office at 9 AM. I was assured I was on the list and told them a 90 minute window when I would not be home which again I was told was not an issue. Later I got a call from the technician who told me what time he could come which was in my 90 minute window. When I told him that time would not work he gave me the option of Tuesday of the following week. I told him that would not work, I waited two weeks already and this was not a good way to start a business relationship. He told me to find someone else to do the work. When I called the office back to let them know what I was told I was informed he was actually one of the owners.

Everything went smoothly, you just have to be patient because they are the top fencing company in town and are very busy. An adjustment had to be made for one of the access gates and they were very accommodating, having it resolved within a couple of hours. Highly recommend!

Both the person who inspected the site and provided the estimate along with the crew who handled the installation were punctual and competent.

Jason of Adron fence came out and quoted me after measuring the fence line (existing equestrian type fence was falling over). He immediately assessed the situation, measured it, and subsequently gave me a list of options with the fence. He didn't try to upsell, or dilly dally, and was totally upfront and honest as to what needed to be done, what i needed to do to prep the install so i didn't get charged anything extra. His honesty won me over and i hired him. they came out to the house when they told me they were, they did exactly what they said they were going to do, and finished in 2 days (ripping out old fence, hauling it, re-digging and installing fence posts, installed the new fence). It was a decent sized job and the fence is super sturdy, and i'm very very happy. 100% would use them again. No doubt.
