Victoria was 20 minutes late and was really just a so-so cleaner. She didn't want to do any real cleaning; she just seemed to want to wash windows and clean counters. She cleans floors by sweeping and then mopping which is not really the way to get a floor clean. A professional would vacuum the floor and then scrub floor with a scrubbing. Victoria mopped with some type of shiny stuff but never washed the floor; she was not using a bucket with water therefore she basically just pushed the dirt around the floor. I needed to have the blinds cleaned and she didn't even know how to take the blinds down. She also ordered me to bring her lunch. A professional would have brought their lunch with them. In general she seemed to be inexperienced in cleaning and didn't really want to do real cleaning; just the easy stuff.

This would have been done, yesterday, but we agreed to cancel due to weather (mega thunderstorm).
