Our business relationship started great, Joanne is very responsive to texts and emails and is very organized. We began to have issues towards the end of our agreement which lead to us parting ways. A few of our rents as well as our family began to notice the quality of the cleaning service began to decrease. A few times open food from the previous renters was left in the fridge, dust bunnies and spider webs in the corners, and sticky floors. When the issues were address, Joanne always apologize and said that another crew was in to clean, not the normal husband wife team that she originally said cleans our home. I had to part ways with PCB Turnaround to protect my business when they failed to clean our house on a date that was scheduled for months due to "40 unit contract" that they have an obligation to. The were very nice and returned all my sheets and towels in the end.

"We gave her a notice not just quit on the spot. We did not want to put her unit getting done late and get bad reviews so the best thing was to end the service bc we couldn't give it 100 percent like we like to do."

We have been satisfied with them so far and everything worked out good. They did it in a timely manner and we appreciated them doing that. They also are scheduled to go back and do an in-depth cleaning in January. I think their pricing is reasonable. The quality of the work has been fine and they were very responsive. The punctuality was great; we did not have any problems with them at all.

I am greatly pleased and blessed to have come across this cleaning service company! They were very helpful and cooperative with the situation I was taking place in: My previous cleaner could no longer work for me, and I was in desperate need of a replacement due to a renter checking out very soon. Very shortly upon contacting this company, they provided the service I was in great need of at the time. From then on, I rely on them to clean after my short-term renters. Not only do they please both myself and the renters by doing an excellent job of cleaning, but they also care about their customers (such as myself and several others) enough to work hardly and quickly and stay in contact with them as frequently as possible. I highly recommend PCB Turnaround Cleaning; their service is absolutely outstanding, and I could not possibly ask for any better!

Very disappointed in the overall quality of the work. We had several complaints on the quality of housekeeping from our guest. I would then call the owners of the cleaning company and her answer was always I will go back but never did a good clean the first time! Once guest check into the condo they really don't want the housekeeping to come back in. Her response was well if its that bad they would let us back in! I found it very difficult to communicate my concerns since the response was never their fault. We all screw up just admit it, correct it from then on and do the job the first time. Her excuse was all the units need a "deep clean" yet the normal/regular cleaning wasn't even getting done. I realized when there were two 18 years old's and their young toddler in the condo to clean why thing weren't getting done properly. I found it unprofessional to bring a young child to work. I just found she has many of smart, sarcastic responses without any changes and no matter what it will never be her fault!

"Thank for your review about our company. First let me say that all your units was in really bad shape. We recommended that your unit be deep cleaned and linen upgraded. We had a complaint of worn out and dirty looking linenss. Which we reported and it took us going and purchasing new linen to appease them. It was never a concern on how it was cleaned. Now the second thing. Your mother would come and get in the way and would not allow us to do what we do. It is ok to complain but after we do oyr job. Now to the 18 year old and a baby in unit. We do not have anybody that is that young nore have any young child. So to say this is just lying and just dispiteful. Our biggest issus hear is that we do a good job but thanks to your mother and the bad linens, you got complaints. Complaits on your behalf and you j7st want to lash outonto somebody. You are more then welcome to do so but now that we have parted way, all complaints can not be put on us anymore. We talked to and assisted to your guest Iin everyw way we can. We have gone above and beyond for you and the guest even told us that. They even try to tip us and we would not take it because that is how we work. So please have a wonderful and bless future. We have always stand behind in our work and that is why we have a guarantee with everything we do. So thank you for your time in writing a review so that I could correct the lies."

The Boutons were very professional, their experience was obvious. They were so attentive to everything I asked for and also offered great suggestions. I have had to call for additional service in between weekly cleanings and they have been so willing to do whatever they could to help.

afThey were here a few minutes earlier than the appointed time. They were very professional and went about their work in all the house. They were here a little less than an hour and charged $150.00. As my husband reasoned that they made about $75.00 an hour. We have a cottage 2 blocks from the beach and we are the only occupants of the house. I felt they charged us in the same manner as they charge the condo owners on the beach that have numerous guest to clean up plus all the sand to get out of the linens and condo floors. Felt it was not worth the $150.00 I paid them to clean my cottage. Of course this is in my opinion based on the fact that I have rented a condo before and I know how badly the renters can mess up .

I found Donald and Joeann on Angie's List and I am glad I did. They have been cleaning our condo for a couple of months now and are doing a fantastic job. They are very responsive to emails. Joeann works extra hard to get out any stains in linens, etc. They leave the condo ready for the next guest in tip top shape.
