+ -1 moreWe hired Mark right after purchasing our home in Venice in April of 2010. He is reliable, experienced, skilled, and honest, and communicates just as requested in our first meeting, sending pictures of property needs when he sees fit. We continue to use Venice While You're Away whenever our home is unattended. We have fewer worries being gone for extended periods with Mark Aspelund's oversight.
Description of Work: Checks our home on a regular schedule arranged at our first meeting. Reports via email while we are away on any problem which needs addressing. Checks plumbing, irrigation, pool and lawn maintenance, air handling, windows and doors, etc. Takes pictures and emails heads-up to maintenance problems and follows up to arrange repairs.
