Worst vacation home rental experience we've had.  Home needed many repairs;, was not at all what add had indicated; pool system did not work, had to have home repairs performed during our stay.  After learning the pool system was not heated, we had been promised a refund or another rental, then we were told that was offered in error. A promised refund did not happen.  A storage shed on the property was smashed open, and full of trash.  Stay away from Vacation Rental Pros!!  Our many other rentals in FL have been great compared to this horrid experience.
