Dave was excellent and was exactly what response I was looking for. Was dreading big co fee and ongoing charges. Venice blocked all entry and even came back to follow up. Would recommend them anytime.

They're excellent.

They were great! We just arrived at our place in Florida after a 9 month hiatus and found a lot of dead ants and one not-dead roach and we freaked out.  They came over right away, gave us some directions on treating all the drains and scheduled a treatment shortly thereafter.  Cody came on both visits and he was terrific; professional, friendly, explained the treatment program in terms we could understand.  He showed up right on time and was in and out in no time and did a thorough treatment throughout the unit.  Cody is a tremendous asset to this company, represent them really well, looking forward to a long relationship with the company.

Great Work!  The same person who did my estimate, did the work (with assistance).  They were quick, efficient & courteous.  Dirt was pulled away from all around the house, and cement patios's & Lanai had small holes drilled for subterranean application.  

Once completed they put everything back, just as it had been.  No cleanup left for me to do, except a light sweep/wash of the concrete dust.  The holes in the concrete were very, very, small, patched thoroughly, and are virtually unnoticeable.  Everything looked great after they left.

I don't often take the time to write reviews, which I should, because I use them.  I tend to have pretty high expectations, and I highly recommend the folks at Venice Pest Control.  Top notch.

Before we moved here we heard rumors about all the FL critters. Venice Pest Control maintains our home and we haven't had to get friendly with any of the pests. Our friends tell us that they are still around, and we recommend they call Venice Pest in order to be pest free.

About 10 years ago we bought our "retirement home" here. It wasn't long until we decided to make it our permanent home. You guys at Venice Pest have been with us since the start of our new life in FL. Adam, Steve, and Doug characterize a family owned business that thinks of its customers as family and friends. When I'm off traveling and put bill paying at the bottom of my priority list, Regina pokes me a gentle reminder. When I return, my home and yard are pest free. It went great.. Steve was very knowledgeable about the habits of rats. He quickly identified the areas in the roof where the rats were getting into the attic. He came back the next and blocked the access holes, then set traps to catch the rats trapped in the attic. He made an extra trip, the first day, at no charge, to remove dead rats before the weekend. He came regularly every other day after that to clear the traps. After we stopped catching rats, he monitored the traps for a week, before pronouncing that the attic was rat free. Steve was always on time and very professional. He went above and beyond to help us through a difficult time. I would absolutely recommend this company. They were very fair andprovided great value for the fee charged.

On initial visit, both young men were polite and able to explain the services offered. Also, they were on time. This morning, the work commenced on time. Cody explained each step as he performed it. Again, very polite and on time.

House and Perimeter pest control

They arrived at the time they said they would and completed a lot of the work in the rain. They eliminated the attic pests over a week long period coming back every other day to inspect and check traps. The problem was eliminated. They also treated the inside and outside of our home and will return quarterly for additional treatments and inspection. They did a great job and would recommend them to others.

Venice Pest Control come and do the job. We don't have problems. The thing that is most helpful - beside the standard work they do - is if we notice some critters crawling around, or ants, we call them and they come in the next day even though it is not a scheduled call. So they will come any time and that is part of the contract.

We scheduled a time for an evaluation. They were very accomodating. Their service person showed up 10 minutes early which was great!!!
He did a full home inspection to determine entry points for rodents. He took his time and could not find any. He recommended having roof repairs performed as some roof panels were moist and moldy. These could servce as entry points for rats even though we can't actually see the holes. I was happy that he took his time and they did not charge for the visit. There was no effort to upsell to other services which I respect.
They will definitely get my business after I complete my roof repairs.

This company is excellent and reliable. They are honest and told us that there was no active rodent infestation when another company told us there was and wanted to charge us $800. Chris is extremely good, so we ask for him by name. Only complaint is that when we specifically requested Chris at a certain date and time, I didn't hear back until right before the appointed time, so I had to follow up myself. Other than that, I highly recommend this company. Show up on time and prices are reasonable.

I've used their services for 6 years, and overall, the experience has been fine. I haven't had any problems.

I pay for a full year and he comes out 4 times a year. He is all A's.

They do an excellent job.

This is a local company that has been in business for 3 generations and they did a great job. They came out 4 or 5 times in the beginning because they had to close holes in my roof and flashing then put out traps. They were lower priced than other competitors and did the job. They were effective and I will use them again in the future.
