They really worked hard and were accommodating in ever regard. Since we live in a condo they had to be respectful of other people's area and space. We never had a complaint concerning them the whole time of the project.
I think Veronica at the office could have been more knowledgeable about our project, but this never really created a problem.
The finished project was truly excellent. We continue to get compliments from everyone who come to our condo about our kitchen and bathrooms.
Randy is a very knowledgeable guy. Well beyond that of the typical cabinet guy!!.
I can't say enough good things about Ultimate Upgrades, Randy and Veronika are the owners. I could have never done this project without them. I was in the Boston area for much of the time trying to get a house ready to sell, fly down pick out cabinets, countertops, lighting, appliances etc.. then fly back to Boston. Randy and Veronika were so helpful and went above and beyond what they needed to do.. if there was a issue that arrived, for example when we were doing new windows and doors, Randy was there to make sure everything was done correctly.. He is talented in every way. The man does it all, Electrical, kitchen vents, woodworking. We have a total transformation with our house and we have them to thank for it. Veronika was very helpful in sending us to the better vendors in the area. We did get quotes from some of the other vendors to do the renovations. we had the most incredible feeling when we met Randy and Veronika.. like it was meant to be.! They did a truly outstanding job with our home. LOVE ULTIMATE UPGRADES.. if your looking for a HONEST contractor to do your renovations. you must call them and give yourself a opportunity to meet with them and see there thoughts and ideas.. You will not be disappointed.. I would use them again in a instant if I were doing another project. My compliments to both Randy and Veronika for there exceptional work.
