Steve was very professional. He responded quickly to my call and gave an estimate of $1000. This was contingent on just replacing the pan and tile work. Unfortunately once the debris were removed it was discovered that the drain and p-trap would have to be replaced. This added and extra day to the job and much drilling and digging. He cleaned up and hauled alway all debris and he kept all areas not being repaired covered and clean. He kept me informed at all times as to what was going on and the work was neatly done.
