Tommy Tie Downs

Tom repaired and replaced the rusted tie downs and hurricane straps for the mobile home/modular home that became an issue with the home inspector. I was selling this nice home and called Tom along with a few other local providers. Upon verifying his credentials and licensure, I compared his price with his peers. I saved over 25% to relevant competitors. The best part of this is that he jumped to getting it done right away- on a Sunday!. It certainly helped keep my real estate sale on track. He did a great job. So well, that the park manager had her family's house done as well. He will also be addressing park residents of the need to have windstorm tie downs checked and vapor barriers checked and repaired for their health and safety. I highly recommend.
