Piano moving was excellent. Tuning not very good.

"We're glad you found a piano you could enjoy. But now that it's delivered, it probably needs another tuning. If you're done painting it as you intended, why don't you call us to get your in-home tuning? The tuning before the move doesn't always last through the changes the piano is exposed to during a move. We want all our customers to be happy, but calling us for the in-home tuning is usually needed."

We had originally scheduled an appointment between 1 and 2 pm. They called and asked if they could come in the morning which worked for us as well. It was refreshing to deal with a business that was so courteous.
Upon arriving Joel went to work tuning our piano. It had just underwent our recent move from Virginia to P**** Gorda, FL, and it had not been tuned in 10 years! He was meticulous and went through a two stage process as well as checking out the condition of the instrument. He was very professional in all ways. The end result is we now have a piano which sounds incredible!! We have enjoyed it!!
