+ -1 moreWe had originally scheduled an appointment between 1 and 2 pm. They called and asked if they could come in the morning which worked for us as well. It was refreshing to deal with a business that was so courteous. Upon arriving Joel went to work tuning our piano. It had just underwent our recent move from Virginia to P**** Gorda, FL, and it had not been tuned in 10 years! He was meticulous and went through a two stage process as well as checking out the condition of the instrument. He was very professional in all ways. The end result is we now have a piano which sounds incredible!! We have enjoyed it!!
