I have just moved into a brand new house. Everything is brand new construction, and under warranty. The only thing I've purchased, was new shutters. The salesman gave me a price break because I am the Vice President of a company, and he works with a couple of my communities. I love the shutters, and everything is fine. The guy came and measured for the shutters. He delivered and installed some of the shutters within two weeks. Then 2 weeks later, he installed the arched shutters that were custom made. He cleaned up and did a great job. I have had them now for a couple of months and I am very happy. I have been able to refer Showplace Flooring and Windows several times.
