Home Building
Schroeders Homes of Venice, now called "Z" by Schroeders Homes of Venice has a model on Toleda Blade Blvd.(Port Charlotte). They signed a legal Arbitration agreement to pay me for their screw up($235,000). Then they(Joseph, David Schroeders) didn't pay. A suit was filed in Charlotte County courts, and the judgement against this group was issued by the courts. They laughed at the courts, changed their name and continue in business today. Joseph and David Schroeders have the integrity of slim, I'm sorry to insult the slim. My family lost our retirement dreams of coming to florida and these two carry on as if nothing happened. David Schroeders now has a solar consulting firm also operating out of ther Venice Florida office. We have lost over $250,000.00 on this nightmare. And they continue on!!
