RC COASTAL WELL & PUMP

This is the second property where I've used RC Coastal Well & Pump, and I would continue to highly recommend them to anyone.  Jody and Robert are a pleasure to work with.  Robert is very knowledgeable and thorough, and his work is first-class.  After installing my system on a Friday, he came back early Saturday to make sure it was working, and then even came back later in the day on Saturday to check on the system again.  They go above and beyond!

Robert was terrific - very knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. He arrived right on time to inspect my well and advise what repairs were needed. He didn't try to oversell me, and he ever talked to me candidly about the possibility of connecting to city water. He was willing to fix what was needed right then and there, but I told him I needed to think about it; I then called him back the next day to have him come fix the problem. He even came out on a holiday to do the work! Our water pressure immediately increased, and I will definitely be using him for future issues with the well.

The service was outstanding. The price was very fair. Robert was great and professional and knew what he was doing.

Robert showed up immediately and found the problem. He also came back first thing the next morning to fix something else that had gone wrong. He was also willing to work with me financially, by dividing up the work and the payments I needed to make -- which is pretty important in today's lousy economy!
