I was given this machine about 7 years ago by a friend who was moving away. I couldn't get it to start over the last few months. I took the machine to Justin Ballard (service manager). I called first and was told the cost would be $35 for diagnosis, which would be applied to any work done. The quote came to $160 for basically a rebuild of the motor. I asked if I just put that much into it and he said that my there are no machines like mine for sale in the "box" stores. He told me my washer was worth $950 after he repaired it. He gave me a thorough explanation of the difference between mine and the products sold in home improvement stores and department stores. Justin had piles of work to do but was stopping when customers were present and gave them (us) his full attention. He is very competent and enthusiastic about his work. He sells new and used equipment and parts. There is also a young lady who answers the phone and she is very pleasant.
Description of Work: Overhauled a 10 year old Honda pressure washer.
