He is currently under investigation by the Better Business Bureau and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation for fraudulently selling 10 year parts and labor warranties, which turn out to be parts only and no labor. Patrick allows people to operate under his license and "sell" these non-existent warranties AND also install units which are not up to code. They do this out of county as to not be held liable by his local code enforcement. We are out of pocket thousands as a result of Patrick Air's fraudulent warranty and not to code installation. We have been trying to contact him for over a year and he has refused to correct our concerns. Sadly we now have to share our story... Please contact me if we can help you from being defrauded by Patrick Air.

"PatrickAir tried to contact you to fix the problem, but never heard back from you on when it was convenient for us to come down and look at the unit. You need to contact Kevin Lugar at Grace Air Conditioning and Heating (941-468-2479) as he is the one who did the install in August 2013 (not 2016 as entered) for $6,130. PatrickAir always pulls permits, no matter what county we are working in. PatrickAir stands by our products and services and everything we do is up to code. We are no longer an authorized dealer for York, Kevin Lugar/Grace Air Conditioning & Heating is. As for the warranty, Kevin sold you the 10 year warranty on labor, we have provided you your warranty which is retroactive to the date of installation. The 10 year parts warranty is through York. PatrickAir went down to your house on July 17, 2017 to address your concerns. Even though Kevin Lugar did the work, we are making good on the warranty sold to you. You say we are under investigation by the Federal Trade Commission, however, their website states: "The FTC cannot resolve individual complaints, but we can provide information about what next steps to take." The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has no record of any complaint. We submitted our rebuttal to the BBB and Florida Chief Financial Officer's office and they are reviewing everything. We have done everything possible for an installation WE DID NOT DO...STOP TROLLING US! Go troll Kevin Lugar at Grace Air Conditioning and Heating 941-468-2479."

He is responsive, honest and very reasonable. He has given us quotes for new work as well as told us when nothing was needed but a filter change. We will continue to use him for all our AC needs without a doubt.

Great! Contacted Patrick's at 7:30 AM. The appointment. Was scheduled for 11:00 AM. Matt, the technician, showed up on time and was very professional. By 11:30 AM out AC was pumping out ice cold air. Very easy to do business with.

It was an emergency service and he came out way after normal business hours. He did a great job! I would recommend his services.
