Eric came out, went on my roof, took pictures & told me what the real problem was. He sent his guys out. While fixing the initial problem, they found a deeper problem. They sent pics to Eric & he got my approval to fix. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. I will always call Olsen Roofing when I have a roof problem. I love honest people!

James gave us a prompt estimate, reviewed the project with us and gave us a start date which they stuck to. The crew was extremely professional, showed up every day, cleaned up every night and did a terrific job. Eric Olsen came by frequently to oversee the operation and to make sure everything was going according to our satisfaction. I have recommended Olsen to several people already and while I hope I never need to replace the roof again in my lifetime, I would not hesitate to use Olsen again.

Husband called many different roofers. Many didnt even respond. Olsen Roofing responded promptly and came next day.  We knew that the bearings on the turbine needed replacing.  They ordered the part and fixed it today.  Price very reasonable and hubby said they were very nice.  Would definitely use again.

Wonderful experience. We're in the rainy season here in South Florida, and the roofers are all very busy. I was being told by other local roofers that it would be a week or two before they could come take a look. I was beginning to panic. Then James returned the message I'd left with Olsen Roofing just an hour earlier. As luck would have it, he was  right down the street and could be at my house in a few minutes to take a look at my roof, which had leaked into the ceiling fan on my lanai during a downpour yesterday afternoon. He got up on my roof and, after a few minutes of methodical inspection, discovered the source of the leak: a protruding nail. He said that he could fix it right then and there. He put some caulk on it and said he would send someone to make the repair more permanent in a day or two. When I asked him how much I owed, he told me there was no charge for his services and there would be no charge for someone to come by and make it more permanent in a day or two. He also advised me that my roof was in otherwise great condition. When the day comes that I need a new roof, I will definitely be calling Olsen Roofing. Can't wipe the smile off my face!

Olsen roofing is wonderful.  They are busy and there is a full schedule so scheduling is not quick.  The project manager is very knowledgeable, answered my questions, handled insurance forms, and was available when I needed him.  Once they started the project, they worked everyday, weather permitting, until it was completed.  The roof is fabulous.  Quality is incredible and my insurance company is happy.  I'd refer Olsen roofing.  Thank you!

They were totally professional and the work was above expectation. I had gotten several quotes, and some of the companies seemed very reticent to tackle the facia board problem because of the attachment to the pool cage. Olsen reassured me that it was no big deal and for them it wasn't. Not only did the roof look great when they were done, but they came back after it was done (and paid)  to wrap the facia beam they replaced with aluminum, in order to have it look better. Their service was Above and Beyond. This was not in our original contract but they didn't even charge me for it. Additionally, they replaced a number of sheets of plywood where my solar panels had leaked through and their charge was extremely fair with no gouging at all. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their roof replaced and I would definitely use them again.

It worked out very well. They were very fair and very prompt in giving us an estimate for the work. They did the work in a very timely manner. The only oddity with them was it took months for them to finally send me an invoice for the work. The work was done in May and June of 2013 and I finally got the invoice a few days ago. I guess that they were not too concerned about getting their money. I signed a contract with them and I was totally willing to pay it. Early on, I have actually sent them a couple of emails asking them, "I would like to get this cleared off my books and I am totally willing to pay it." The response that I got back via email was, "We are very busy right. We will give it to you when we get the opportunity." And it took several months.

Great job by Eric, James and entire team. A crew of ten promptly began work at 7am. - some of the men have been with the  company 30 years. We got to know them pretty well, due to worst rain storms the area has seen in years causing delays.
Bottom line - These are professional and bright people with exceptional customer service skills. They were impossible to argue with - they always said "no problem" or  "sure" .  Last step was a small punch list of minor items. The guys that showed up said they were told to do
 whatever the homeowner asked until he was happy.
Product quality was first rate also, the new tiles have a glazed topcoat that should be far superior to the old tiles. Also, the Boral membrane seems to be a quantum leap in durability compared to  the original underlayment.
Final thoughts - Much better than the original roof that the builder put on. For the first time in years we don't cringe every time we hear the rains come, and that peace of mind makes me wish I had done this sooner. Also, new venting and reflective tile coating should reduce AC costs, while new procedures for securing tile and decking will reduce insurance rates.  A fine job by Olsen Roofing!

Company did excellent work and cleaned up the workside daily. Some minor probles were corrected at once.

This is truly an honorable company.  During ripoff and renail, a nail hit the AC coolant line.  When reported to Olsen, their response was simple.  "If we caused the problem, we will have it fixed".      Next morning, the problem was located and repaired.  Olsen stood by their statement.
this is the kind of company I want to be associated with.   I am happy to provide an endorsement for their customer service, professionalism and integrity.
