I do appreciate the work they did, but I feel like they could use a bit of extra over site. I had fairly new furniture and a new TV out on my patio, that became inundated with sand dust when they were doing the work. They also took my garden hose from one side of the yard to another, and trampled my bushes in the process. I also wanted to make sure they neutralized the chlorine in the pool before dumping it into the nature preserve behind my property. I sent an e-mail to the owner, and haven't gotten a response. The pool itself looks good, I just wish I would've had the opportunity to check up on them as they were doing the work, and had better communication during the renovation process.

We had used Marcite Pools before to have our pool remarcited. They did a great job for us, thus the reason for using them again,

They arrived when expected. They did a great job. Pool looks lovely. We got multiple estimates from various companies. These guys were in the middle. We were referred to them by some neighbors who had a good experience with them.

They did a fantastic job. On time and worked hard until the job was finished. Highly recommend Mr. Marcite.

Mr. Marcite performed work on our pool and deck.
The deck peeled twice and we had to have another contractor finish the work.
The pool resurfacing was a different color from the color the salesman showed us.
The resurfacing of the pool is beginning to disintegrate.
We have repeatedly called them to make good.
The owner actually came by and saw the problem.  He does not return our calls.
We have had to hire a deck contractor and a pool resurfacing company to repair some of the work that Mr. Marcite has performed.
Mr. Marcite has made no effort to correct their mistakes.
I would advise staying as far away from this company as possible!

Mr. Marcie, was wonderful to work with from the quote to the finished project. The workers were very professional and respectful. Our deck is now safe to walk on and enjoy it so much more. Thank You!

Everything went very well. Crew showed up on time and went to work. Within the estimated time frame the pool was completed and it came out beautiful. We are very pleased with the overall results and people we worked with.

Mr. Marcite is a family owned business, with wonderful people working for them. Kathie Hendrickson came to our home to do the measurements and could not have been any nicer or more professional. Kathie was a delight to work with and explained everything to us, regarding the process of ordering to installation of our new brick pavers.
The work crew was equally as professional and really knew exactly how to make a lanai that looked terrible, into one that has received rave reviews; from everyone who has seen it.
Brent Hendrickson lead and supervised the work crew, through the entire process. He was wonderful to work with! Any problems we incurred, were quickly corrected and taken care of with a smile.
We would recommend Mr. Marcite to everyone, just like they were recommended to us, by friends; who live in Rotunda West.
The only negative experience we have had, is that there were no 9 inch bricks left over, for us to keep, should we need to ever replace one; in the future. I have no doubt however, that the kind folks at Mr. Marcite would not hesitate to acquire this brick, with the size necessary and corresponding color, from another job or supplier, should this become necessary.

He did a great job! I would highly recommend him. What I like about him was that he was on time and on budget. Also, he cleaned up everything. Everything in perfect condition. I absolutely got no complaints. They were absolutely wonderful, and I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Our overall experience is good and we will use them again in the future.

It was horrible. We had 3 bids and engineering specs went out in June 2011. We checked with Angie's List in June 2011. After careful review, we rewarded Mr Marcite the contract. There were 15 pages signed 7-29-11 with 5 days to have permits and 3 weeks to complete.
No work was done until 9-16-11 as they sub contracted out. They did not call before the dig, installed natural gas water heater and we use propane gas. Our jets and eyeballs have never worked. The Mr. Marcite representative was rude.

Can't say enough good things about the company. They were prompt, courteous and reasonable. The work force was thorough, enthusiastic, competent, and willing to listen to your concerns. The end result of my pool deck (pavers) was better than my expectations. Extremely professional organization.

They did everything that I wanted them to do. They came and did what they were going to do when they said. They could have done a little bit more on communication. There was confusion in terms of when we expected people to come and when they arrived. I had an expectation which they did not meet and there was some communication gap. Their price was the same as the others.

The pool was structurally sound but shot in every other way. Needed new surface, tile, deck surface, light and filter. Got quotes from about 10 companies. Most were way too high. Of the ones that were in the ballpark, Mr. Marcite had a good rating on BBB and provided numerous references, all of whom were complimentary of the company. Visited some of their previous projects and was pleased with the quality. Sales and office staff were courteous and responsive. Didn't have to nag or chase anyone down. Work crews did a great job, answered all questions and cleaned up after themselves. One last thing to note. This is the only company I found that offered a comprehensive guarantee of their work. Most companies pass on the surface manufacturer's warranty that only covers materials. Mr. Marcite offers a 5-year material and labor warranty which proves to me that they stand behind their work.
