Montgomery's Carpets Plus & Color Tile

Montgomery repaired 2 separate issues in my apartment. They were prompt, professional, neat, courteous. I highly recommend them

They were so professional and efficient. I was very pleased with the job.

I was not pleased with them. They put this bright white caulk all the way around and it didn't match and it stood out. When I had them come back out they had to take all the caulk around and put that black quarter round all around it. Then, that black quarter round didn't match the bathroom, I don't know why. Right around the tub there was a place that was sticking up so I had them come back and caulk it. They caulked it with a different color. I thought I had a year to pay it off with no interest and then I found out it was 6 months so I had to pay interest.

Promised work completed when we return... lino installed bumps thruout advised manufacturer defect...lino replaced a second time in 2012. We return in Jan 2013 to lumps and bumps in the lino. Vern Montgomery inspected and they would be in contact...nothing. dealing with this for three years

The work went extremely well from start to finish. They were on the job when promised and worked efficiently. Removal of the tile uncovered an unknown pre-existing condition unrelated to MCP. They provided in-depth support in resolving this problem and were very flexible in getting work done around that issue until it was resolved. The laminate was installed in two work periods due to the problem above. Carpet was installed in the Master Bedroom and Office after the laminate was completed adjacent to those rooms to enable great transitions between surfaces. All work was completed in a professional manner with experienced craftspeople. Craftsmen offered suggestions for optimizing the installation. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, and the end of the job. I would use Montgomer's CarpetPlus again with no hesitation.
