"Thank you [Member Name Removed] for your review. Hope you and the family enjoy for a very long time"
Job 1 - Pocket door was a 36" x 8' door. A wall section was cut open and studs removed. A header was built in and electric switch boxes were resized to allow the pocket door prefab frame to be inserted into the wall to house the door. Drywall was then added back over the framing. The total opening was about 9'6" so with the 8' high door the space above was framed in and drywalled to match area. Trim was added and finishing care was given to the floor area where on one side was wood flooring and the other side tile. Orange peel finish was added to the drywall. The door was adjusted for smooth operation. Latch hardware was added in matching oil rubbed bronze. Drop cloths were used, and vacuumed cleanup was performed at the end of each day. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived on time and worked hard each day. Nice job
Job 2 - Pre-hung French doors 38" x 8' with a 3/4" mullion mounted on one door with a top side lock rail were installed in a hallway opening off the kitchen area for privacy to the guest wing. Other door had a bath lock set ADA compliant handle. All hinges and hardware was in house matching oil rubbed bronze. The opening was 41.5" x 9'6". So again, framing and drywall was added above the door set to match surrounding area. Orange peel finish was added to match other walls. The trim was added such that it matched the way the other door trim in the area was done. The crew worked both jobs to maximize work flow and minimize house disturbance. Again, nice job.
I would have Level4 back in a heart beat to perform other jobs in the future.
