We used level 4 customs to remodel our upstairs bathroom and they leveled our home to the tune of over 10k in water damage to our home not to mention the mold issue we now have to deal with in our home. Troy had 2 guys do the entire job not once checking on the work being done. We had a bathtub installed and the workers somehow installed the tub without cutting into any wall to hook up the drain. The first time we used the tub it leaked to our downstairs and we called Troy who told us it wasn’t the tub. When he finally came out to look at the job it was determine his workers never hooked up the drain correctly when I poured water down the drain and it went all over Troy who was on a ladder in my ceiling . Two years later we have a leak again, this time much worse. The workers installed the faucet incorrectly (confirmed by 2 plumbers) and Troy says it’s a faulty faucet (does this guy take any responsibility for the work his guys do). Not too mention when they did the work his driver ran over our backflow with a trailer shooting water everywhere(which my neighbor saw happen) that both the driver and Troy denied. Also the grout in tub started falling apart 3 months after the job was done. We are having to spend more money to fix the incompetent remodel that was done than it cost to do the remodel itself. After running over our backflow, not hooking up the drain causing a leak and not hooking up the faucet correctly you would think they would help resolve the issue. However , they are refusing to accept any responsibility and at this point its not even surprising. I have a 12 year old child who takes responsibility for his actions better than the adults that run this horrible business. I wish I would have never had this company do any work on my home. We are still getting mold testing and mold mitigation issues resolved and who know the cost or even worse the health issues this has caused my family.

I love it! Troy was so helpful in his advice from start to finish. He recommended the engineers, stone work, painting and electrical. His team was always professional and on time. The craftsmanship of the pergola is top notch! I love the end result and have used this company for other home projects also.

Job 1 - Pocket door was a 36" x 8' door. A wall section was cut open and studs removed. A header was built in and electric switch boxes were resized to allow the pocket door prefab frame to be inserted into the wall to house the door. Drywall was then added back over the framing. The total opening was about 9'6" so with the 8' high door the space above was framed in and drywalled to match area. Trim was added and finishing care was given to the floor area where on one side was wood flooring and the other side tile. Orange peel finish was added to the drywall. The door was adjusted for smooth operation. Latch hardware was added in matching oil rubbed bronze. Drop cloths were used, and vacuumed cleanup was performed at the end of each day. The crew was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived on time and worked hard each day.  Nice job

Job 2 - Pre-hung French doors 38" x 8' with a 3/4" mullion mounted on one door with a top side lock rail were installed in a hallway opening off the kitchen area for privacy to the guest wing. Other door had a bath lock set ADA compliant handle. All hinges and hardware was in house matching oil rubbed bronze. The opening was 41.5" x 9'6". So again, framing and drywall was added above the door set to match surrounding area. Orange peel finish was added to match other walls. The trim was added such that it matched the way the other door trim in the area was done. The crew worked both jobs to maximize work flow and minimize house disturbance. Again, nice job.

I would have Level4 back in a heart beat to perform other jobs in the future.

Along with our bid, Troy provided a detailed material list for us to buy which we so appreciated since we are not carpenters. He was very responsive with several questions before the project started and best of all, offered to do the job 3 days ahead of schedule! He showed up on time and finished the same day, working without a break. He and his assistant were so detailed. I watched them leveling the bottom shelf where they inched along the base adjusting as they went to make sure it was perfectly level. When they were finished, they cleaned the entire area thoroughly and offered great advice regarding the staining of the shelves (which we wanted to do ourselves). The shelves are beautiful, elegant and so well built. We are extremely happy! We hope to use Level 4 again for another project in the very near future.

Troy visited and provided an estimate for the work to be done, which was used as the final cost when the job was completed.  He also provided a materials estimate, and suggested stores with competitive prices for the materials.   Troy and his partner Lain are very professional and provide high quality work; they are also very pleasant to deal with and personable.   Troy kindly explained problems or other issues when encountered and generally offered solutions to resolve them.  He is also very connected with people of other trades and various stores; he knows where to find the proper materials, supplies, or other contractors such as the painter to complete the work.  Overall he and his partner did an excellent job;  I would use their services again when needed and would recommend them to my friends.
