They were punctual and did what they said they would do. I am not hiring him back because he is not as knowledgable as his competition for new problems. He advised me on chemicals that when I talked to others they said it would be illegal use of chemicals. They can do the basic stuff just fine. I had a bunch of dead ants around my back door and called them and the owner said the pesticides were working since they were dead, then when a technician came out he said I had a huge problem with carpenter ants and need to spend an additional $300 to get this fixed. I feel like they were trying to seel me something I did not need and then when I asked how they would apply it and it was not like any other company. Then when I knew my contract was expiring, I emailed them and listed why I was not hiring them back and he showed up wanting to keep my business and I told him I would think about it. He then told me I could not cancel because it was 14 days not 30 days.
