very well! A simple problem became more complex as he analyzed it but he stuck with it and found the electronic glitch and corrected it. Very polite and cheerful

On referral by a friend who had used Kustom, I bought a Pioneer AVR with the intention of installing it myself. Things went mostly OK and I was able to hook up to my DVR, Cable decoder and several other pieces of equipment but once I turned on the system everything worked but there was no sound.
After reviewing my procedures and still not obtaining sound I called Julio (owner of KS&S and the person who had sold me the system). He offered to come to my home the next day and see if he could resolve the problem. Julio arrived punctually and within a few minutes was able to solve my connection problem. He charged a reduced fee because I had purchased the AVR from him.
Later that day, still struggling with the complexities of the new system, I called Julio back and he offered to stop by again on his way home. Again he arrived punctually, assessed my problems and resolved them. No charge for the second visit. Great guy, great service, Highly recommend!!
