We installed a Kinetico Signature series water softener about a month ago. The territory manager Rick, installer Andy and the rest of the office staff were all excellent to deal with. We are very satisfied with this company and their product and would highly recommend them to others.

We first had Rick come to the house to give us a price He was upfount ontime and very good at knowing his product. He gave us a very fair price. (I had pre priced many systems) We wanted not only soft clean water. But we also wanted the reverse osmosis system for the drinking water. This company had both and we could not be happier. Dave and Andy installed the system. They were fast friendly and cleaned up after. Then Rick stoped by 1 week later to answer any question and to help us understand the minimal maintance if needed

Kinetico fixed the problem with my water , added a reverse osmosis system, and my water is nice and clean , and no longer smells. Great job overall, the people are professional, and clean. Was expensive, but so far it was worth it.

The two Ricks were great! Salesman Rick came out promptly and explained everything we wanted to know and exactly what was to happen. We were scheduled for our new system shortly after that and Rick the installation man of our new system was terrific and spent a whole day making sure everything was just perfect. Yay.......we now have smelly, dirty, slimy FREE water and we are loving it. Thanks Kinetico team!

Excellent! We love everything about it. Christine in the office and David the tech were exceptional! They assisted us in getting our well issues resolved, which was above and beyond their job description. If I could rate them on a scale of 1-10, they would be a 20!

Everyone at Kinetico was friendly and professional. Install happened on the date scheduled and within the time frame that they said they would. We had Kinetico at our former home and when we bought this home Kinetico was one of the first people we called. We love our Kinetico water.
