Description of Work: Visited showroom a couple of times. Ladies there were very helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased door and materials with understanding that we were responsible for staining the fiberglass doors. Was told that materials would be in about 3 to 4 weeks. I called after 5 weeks and found materials were in but no one had called yet to set time for installation. Two fellows came out and spent most of the day on the installation. Supervisor was also there. I asked for some advice on another door that I wanted to make equivalent to high impact. He said he would get back to me. After installers left, I noticed light coming through top and bottom of closed doors where they came together. They also had not installed hardware on stationary door. I called for them to come back to fix issues. They returned a week later and worked for several hours. Latch was still not smoothly operating. Solution for my other door in garage was to give me a brochure from Lowe's on shutters.
