Not only were they all very professional, they were also sensitive to the fact we have a 1-year-old and they ensured the house stayed safe even while it was being renovated. I have to say that this company is by far the best group of people I have ever seen. I had an urgent need to move into a house that had some pretty bad mold, water damage, busted pipes, and a whole host of issues. Rob, Jason, Eric, Austin, Austin, Brad, Don, and Mason all worked wonders on this home under a huge time crunch to get my son and I in to the home. They not only were very professional, but truly kind. They pulled guys from other jobs and worked ridiculous hours. If you truly want the best hire Illinois Home Solutions. They were prompt and got it all done in the time that was estimated. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. They made the whole process easy for us. We also had them remodel the bathroom in the basement while they were doing work. This bathroom looks totally amazing. If I had not already had the upstairs bathrooms remodeled I would want them to do those also. This bathroom is the stunning. They went above and beyond to make the bathroom look great. We will definitely call them for ANY projects in our future. If I could have given them more than 5 stars I would have.

Jim and Rachel are excellent people to hire for remodeling. They did a fantastic job on the bathroom and kitchen and deck. We had some Mold issues which they also removed. First, I would like to say how polite and professional each of the employees were that came to my house. Jim, the owner explained everything that was to be done in order to assure our mold problem was resolved. He explained what we needed to be done to keep our basement as dry as possible. There were a couple of issues that had to be resolved and as soon as I drew attention to it, a worker was back out to resolve it. I would highly recommend this company. I think Jim is very honest and provides what he promises. A special thank you to Mason. He is such a kind, sweet young man. I may have to find something for him to do just so he has to come back out. Thank you Rachel for being so prompt with response to phone calls. Just a GREAT family to do business with.
