Great experience with them. They did a good job, were responsive, had good communication, and were available whenever I had questions. They also have an easy online payment method, and will do check ups on their work after the fact for free (or, I should say, it is included in the price). They do ask for payment 1/2 the cost of the job up-front, just so you know (they could be more open about that earlier on in the process), and I wish I would have had a phone number for the people actually working in the house to give them day-to-day updates (communication went through the secretary, which worked fine, but wasn't as direct). Overall, though, I highly recommend this company.

Mason was very professional and answered all our questions and went above and beyond to put our issues at rest.. I was very comfortable with him in my home by his appearance courtesy and just his personal concern with my issues If I ever ned the work or know someone who does he would be the first person I would recommend

Efficient and professional, hard working and through tech's

The staff I talked to (Rachel & Jim) were very polite and understanding. I filled out the information to have them call me and I received a call from Rachel within 5 minutes! Jim showed up as scheduled and provided me with much needed information! Definitely recommend Illinois Home Solutions!

By asking a couple of simple questions they were able to to quote my my needs and even gave me advice on other wok that I was doing around the house. Even though he was not going to preform the work. Very professional on subject matter and very reasonable on the cost

Mostly positive. Crew nice, but had to keep pursuing them to get questions answered. Had to ask to be texted when work was done. Came 15-20 minutes later than told the day before. Were finished in much less time than told during estimate process. Didn't return things to where they found them. All minor. No clue the quality of the work, actually. Don't know how I would know!

These guys were wonderful! They were thorough, fast, careful, courteous, friendly, and all around great guys to know. They discovered the cause of all of our trouble, and although the solution was time consuming and probably much more work than they thought it would be, they stuck to their quote and were extremely conscientious and professional. I would highly recommend them! I am so happy to be able to walk into my basement and know that all of my troubles were taken care of! Call them - you won't be disappointed!

These guys are real pros. Extremely thorough and very, very knowledgeable. Could tell an immediate difference in the interior of the house. They work around other contractors also. Very accommodating and were able to do the job the day after I called. They were the priciest quote but by far the most thorough. No one came close as far as performing the widest range of treatments.
