Superior Mold and Remediation Testing, LLC

This was a big job, with mold growing between my roof and ceiling unknown to me for the past 30 years. The ceilings all had to come down, with attendant dust and dirt. Very little damage was done to decor and that was repaired satisfactorily.

I would definately recommend this company to others. They were very professional and consciencious in taking care of my home. They explained everything and did as they said. They were all very personable and accomodating and made me feel comfortable in this situation. I am happy with having made the decission to use them.

Jim responded quickly to assess my situation and was professional and helpful. His crew did what was asked to demolish my basement which had flooded due to tree roots in the sewer lines and then treat for mold. The price fit my budget and I was pleased with their work. Now I can sleep at night instead of worrying about mold. I certainly would recommend this company.

They were terrific...I started with the house I currently live in and they came the day after I called to inspect the house. They made a special trip to my town to do the inspection. Their estimate was almost half of what another company quoted us. Then I thought my other house it might have mold also so Jim inspected that one the next day and gave me a deal I couldn't pass up on both house (less than the other company's quote on my 1st house) and fit the old house in right away to have it done before I had an Open House this Sunday. I really appreciated how prompt they were. Thank you!!!

We loved the work this contractor did for us. We spoke to several contractors before hiring Illinois Home Solutions. Many of them told us our vision could not come true. Jim saw the space as we wanted it to be and provided great recommendations of how to transform it. This was exactly the type of consulting we needed to make our dingy, scary utility space into a fabulous guest bathroom. Jim was very professional and prompt with explaining what to expect. The contract was signed that afternoon and was scheduled. Due to the Tornado in Washington I called Sam and delayed it to begin in early January. I was very please with his crew. The owner, Jim, responded quickly to my request, contacting me by phone. He stopped to look at my house at my convenience. My situation was such that Jim explained clearly to me what I could do for remediation and that I really didn't need their remediation services. I was very impressed by his honest, clear, and friendly attitude and assistance. I will definitely call them for any future home assistance I might need!

Their price was always fair and very reasonable. The job started with mold remediation but they also replaced drywall, painted, and did other work to my home.

Jim was quick to respond, very informative, thorough and professional. Removing the mold issue in the basement was the determining factor of buying this house. He came out quickly and did the job himself to make sure it was completed before our closing date. All traces, and scent of mold is gone in the house. Everything was cleaned up after completion.
