They returned to install shut off valves at the faucet where there were none previously (not part of the contracted work). All work was completed within 48 hours. Project: Inspection for Mold or Toxic Materials Jim has a very professional, pleasant and practical approach to addressing solutions for simple and/or more challenging projects. He inspected our bathroom and basement area for mold and found a very easy fix on our part. Very thorough and professional

Jim did an evaluation and free estimate of my moms crawlspace where there had been water standing. He advised us that we had minimal mold and that all the steps we had taken to fix the problem seemed to be working. He recommended a product to kill any existing mold int the carpets above where the water had been. He was friendly, knowledgable and answered all our questions. I would recommend him and his company.

I was very pleased with the representatives of this company. Jim, the owner was very knowledgable and explained everything they were going to do. the employees that did the work were very pleasant and helpful when I asked questions. overall, very pleased with getting the mold removed.

They were good but I thought they were using excess force when pulling airline out of the furnace vents. We had a few marks on walls and one small flower pot that was broken when they were moving airlines around.

Our four year old had been sick. We thought he was allergic to the dog. After allergy testing, we discovered it was mold. I have never seen or smelled mold in the house before. We had our home tested. They found mold in the attic and in the air conditioning unit. Long story short...we used to have to give our son allergy meds every night before bed or he would wake up all night long coughing. After having our home professionally cleaned, we haven't had to give our son meds at all. And he hasn't waken up even once in the night coughing. You can't put a price on how wonderful that feeling is.

I was very pleased with Illinois Home Advisor. Jim Hadley is easy to work with. He put together a cost-effective proposal that has succeeded in removing the mold that was present, and will prevent future mold from returning. I am a Licensed Professional Engineer, and I was impressed with Jim's technical knowledge and willingness to explain the approach he was recommending. Following his work, I installed my own humidity monitoring sensors. The installed system has controlled the humidity levels well below what is needed to prevent future mold formation. I would gladly recommend him to any friend who needed this type of work.

They were flexible and easy to work with even though we had a difficult time closing on our new house. They were great at explaining things and answering questions. They were in and out in a day, with all clean-up completed. They wanted our business, and you could certainly tell. Jim was eager to please and awesome to contract with!

This company was a pleasure to deal with. They gutted the whole bathroom and when they ran into problems the cost didn't change. They also did it for the amount that 3 other companies in the area said that 'no one would touch it for'. They did an amazing job-our bathroom is beautiful!
