 + -1 moreWhen Jess Fronckowiak first gave us his presentation about building a 30' x 40' garage, my husband and I were so impressed that we hired him on the spot. It was later into the project that we decided to also have culverts put in the ditces along the front and side of our property. J2 Solutions took it in stride, and they got the necessary bids for the work. They saw that the work was done and done well. We knew in December 2009 that the project would take approximately 4 months, and they were right on target even though we added culverts later after the garage was started. I give J2 Solutions my best recommendation, and I tell anyone who is interested in hiring a General Contractor to call J2 Solutions. They are a good bunch of guys, do a good job, and easy to deal with.
Description of Work: Jess Fronckowiak gave us a presentation on what the approximate cost would be to build a 30' x 40' garage on a concrete slab on the next lot adjoining our house. We hird J2 Solutions at the presentation. In addition, we had J2 Solutions apply for all North Port permits for the garage AND culverts in front and on the side of our two lots. J2 Solutions hired the necessary sub-contractors to do the work with Josh Fronckowiak from J2 Solutions acting as General Forman handling any and all problems with the building and culvert operation. David Fouche pretty much handled the paperwork and permit requests and did a very good job as the City of North Port lost our paperwork for the culvert permit. What I was most impressed was that J2 Solutions carries insurance on workers, drivers, etc. about 5 levels deep to protect us from lawsuits in case someone gets hurt on our property in the process of building our garage or working on the culverts.
