They are excellent. I have an annual agreement. I have been with them for 6 years. They effectively respond to emergencies and we have had a few over the years. When the air conditioning went out once they came right out. The price is around $100/year. They charge for parts that need to be replaced, so the price can vary. I had to replace the fan and motor recently and that was around $250 extra.

My air conditioning unit failed just before the holiday and just before we were heading home for several months.We had to get the unit replaced immediately. I did my home work on which air conditioner I wanted and got three bids from the top rated firms in my town, venice fla. All of them were very professional, and the bids were closeout Jand j bid was a little lower. This however was not the reason I picked Jeff( the owner) and his team. I picked them because I told him I really wanted it installed while I was still in town if possible and he said this is a holiday weekend so that will be very tough ( this was on thurs pm.) but Ill ask my guys if they would do it. well they said yes and it was a job done so professionally from start to finish I can't really imagine it being done any better. I come from a family of construction people so I know my way around this kind of work even though Iam a health care guy now. From showing up on time, to protecting the floors, to deconstructing the old unit including minor carpentry todesposing the old unit and installing the new, they were flawless. Timely, neat. professional and efficient sums up their work. Jeff was also very friendly. talkative, engaging and knowledgeable in all aspects especially sense my unit had very unusual space issues that others would not touch.While I didnt like spending almost 5000.00 dollars ,they made the experience almost enjoyable and made me feel very comfortable that I picked the perfect firm to do the work. He also quoted me a very fair deal on the maintenance of my AC units on a yearly basis. But the most special thing was he came back to make some adjustments on the unit two days later while I was in Chicago and called me to tell me that I forgot to turn off my hot water heater and since my water was shut down he was worried so he turned off my water heater for me do to safety concerns and just called me to see if that was ok. That goes beyond the call of duty, so Jeff has me as a customer for life because I trust him to do the right thing. this so nice to find a good contractor, thanks Angie. JP

Our house came with an old air conditioner that worked until a really hot spell that really taxed it. We had been using Jand J for our AC maintenance since moving in 2006, so on their recommendation we replaced the old handler. The work went extremely well and the price seemed reasonable. Since the installation (3 years ago), there has been only one further problem. We called for help late on a workday, but they responded within hours. Jand J does a twice yearly checkup under an annual contract and they are always on time and professional. We are very satisfied.

I have a yearly maintains contract with them. I like the fact that they are on call. They take good care of their customers. They sold us the model of air conditioner that we wanted. They did not pressure us into buying something that we did not want to buy.

THEY ARE A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY COME TO MY HOUSE ANYTIME THAT I HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MY HEATING OR AIR. I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH CLOGGING IN MY VENTS SINCE THEY CAME AND CLEANED THEM.
