Integrity Pool Service

"Customer only paid for every other week service, customer left pool cage doors open which lead to excess debris in the pool. Customer was incredibly rude and disrespectful hanging up the phone on me on one occasion. When we went out the next day to service the pool we informed the customer that they would need to find another pool service which led to a phone call from the customers son. After telling the son that we no longer would be servicing the pool, he tries to tell me that I couldn’t cancel servicing the pool then proceeded he told me to “ go f*** myself. After which I hung up the phone. The picture shown below is not even of their pool it is of a different pool. The pool in the picture has an auto vac which their pool does not have."
