Everything was great! Showed up early to be ready for inspecyat stated time. Through job and patiently went through all items of concern. Came back for pre closing walk through (small extra fee) and gave thorough report of status. Also gave recommendations for certain issue so that I could have confidence in my purchase.

A revelation. David was totally professional - prompt, inclusive and a pleasure to work with. He found a very bad electrical panel that had a 60% failure rate. We asked his to amend his report to indicate what he had told us and he promptly complied. This enabled us to go to the seller and make sure the panel was replaced with one that meets current code. Thank you, David! We will be using him to inspect our present home for us before we put it on the market. Hire with confidence.
