I was on vacation,and booked them while sitting in Wi, during a snow storm. They were a little late for the apt, but kept me aware of delay by text, they were efficient and did a great job. I would hire them again.

I have used them many times. They always come and remove the spots. They know what they are doing. They don't leave anything wet. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.

We have a policy of doing business with local providers rather than big business. They are local and they did everything right from the start. They fit us right into the schedule and were absolutely accommodating. They got the job done and were very polite. They did an immaculate job and cleaned up after. They were courteous with our pets and valuables. They even offered to come back if needed. We'll be using them again.

I contacted the company via their website on the weekend and got a very quick response. Corresponded thru the email and within a day had the day and time I wanted for someone to come out to the house. They gentleman, Anson, and his helper were very professional and did a wonderful job.

First day showed up 3 hours late without calling Was in a big hurry a Rush Job. on the second attempt and using an extra tile he got it done. Ran the tile cutting machine in the bathroom with no ventilation ...dust everywhere! I hired him to steam clean the floors ...another rush job. Quoted me $45/hr +cost of helper estimating 3,5 to 4 hrs Finished the job in 1 hr 37 min Poor quality I've redone parts of the kitchen & bathroom floors all over again today. No quality workmanship. Presented me his invoice "giving me a deal because I used him for the tile work" Total charges $270. Totaling denied the details of his verbal quote. I've learned my lesson using Angies List reviews. Never again

"Sorry about the experience that you had with our service. We will definitely use this experience as a tool to improve the quality of service and communication in the future. Thank you for that. In all fairness though I would like to describe to potential clients what happened that day. We were called there to repair a row of tiles under a shower enclosure where the glazing of the tile had actually peeled off when they removed the shower glass. I have never seen tile do that in my life. It was definitely a defective batch of tile. We tediously removed the affected tiles trying not to affect ajoining tiles. In the process one of the ajoining tiles did chip on the corner (you could look at the tiles and they would chip). So yes we had to replace another one unfortunately..It definitely was not a rushed job. After completing that job, Mr [Member Name Removed]then asked me for just a "rough" price on cleaning the 1700sq.ft. of his home. I told him that we charge around .45-65 cents per sq.ft. not 45 per hour. If you do the math 1700 sq ft would run 765.00 just to clean the tile. I wanted to give this customer a better deal just because he just gave me work repairing the tile in the shower. I told him instead that I would charge according to how long I thought the job would take. I estimated around 2-3 hours. I quoted him 300-350 to clean it all and 150 to seal all the grout. He agreed. I brought a helper to do the job the next day , we completed the job in around 2 hours. I decided to give him an even lower cost to clean all the tile then I quoted. I was really trying to give Mr. [Member Name Removed]a great deal. We ended up charging 270.00 instead. That is what we charge for carpet cleaning... He kept demanding that we charge 45 per hour like he thinks he heard. So there was no making him happy at this point. I even offered to seal the grout for free to make him happy. He refused that service. If he was not happy with the cleaning he could of definitely called and we would of gladly recleaned any areas that needed extra attention. He never once called. So again we would like to thank Mr [Member Name Removed]for this great learning experience. We will be more clear with our pricing and provide a written quote."

The service couldn't have been better. They arrived on time and quickly got to work. The carpets came out great and the tile even better. We are considering having them back to do all of the rest of the tile in our home.
