I had a young lady approach me and ask if I wanted my drinking water tested. We just moved here and I didn't know whether or not it needed to be or not. They set up an appointment, a real fast talking gentleman got it all going, set a date and everything. We waited for them and nobody ever did show and they never called back or anything. I was a little hot about that. A big company like Home Depot I would think they would do better.
I've spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them. I've bought refrigerators and other appliances there. Everything has been good except for this one experience.
