We had the pleasure of hiring Chad Decker of Guttertown to replace our 16 year old and failing gutters. Chad provided a well developed quote, color sample sheets for us to match the gutter colors to our paint palette for the home. He came in as the first trade to rip out the old stuff (to allow the painters to do their job). He was willing to offer suggestions and he spent as much time as it took to make sure that we were happy with our final choice. On the day of installation, he arrived on time, had all of his materials at the ready and had a wonderful assistant for the very long runs of gutters. He also added numerous down spouts and extenders to move the rains away from the foundation of the house. He also pointed out some areas where the roofing was sub-par but he caulked it as best he could (to avoid seepage), and that impressed me. Chad is a lovely, easy going and laid back guy who is knowledgeable and in speaking with him I understood this is truly a family business and he is the newest generation carrying forth the company. The company is in good hands and I would wholeheartedly recommend Guttertown to anyone who is looking for an honest professional who has his ducks in a row and who shows up on time and gets the job done.

Excellent work, reasonable prices, on time and finished project in a timely manner. Gutters look great. Hired for a second time to fix & replace a back gutter not installed properly the first time. When the Hurricane hit and the insurance adjustor thought there was some damage, Chad came right over to inspect and document his findings (there was no damage). You couldn't ask for a better company to work with. I recommend them to everyone I know.
