I hired them in April 2010 and had paid them for the whole year and left my house in May 2010. I got a call in November 2010 saying that our lawn looked really lousy. So, I called them and they gave me a hard time over the phone. I got back and found that a large section of the lawn was encroaching on my neighbor's lawn. I felt really bad about that and I called Green Lawn and said that I want to terminate the contract. That was about a little over a month ago and they are yet to send me the refund check. I had already paid them, but when I got home, I got their bill. I sent them a check again for $55, forgetting that I had already paid them $500 for the whole year. They sent the check back saying that we insist on getting paid in full. So, I sent them another check and they never sent that check back.
