Franklin Pressure Cleaning

I met with Troy several weeks prior to the job for a estimate. He outlined everything he would be doing. I felt he gave me a very fair price compared to other estimates I had received. He completed the job as promised and I was very pleased with the job he did. I will use him again in the future and highly recommend him. Sorry for the late review.

We called several places, and Troy was the first to call back.  He came by later that day to give us the estimate.
His estimate was similar to another we had received.  Troy was very polite, and was able to accommodate a close scheduling need at we had.  We set the date for the following Wednesday.
Troy emailed two days before and provided a start time of 8:00. 
Troy arrived exactly at the scheduled time.
He began by spraying down the entire exterior of the house and the pool area with chlorine solution.  This process took an hour and we had been particularly concerned because of algae on the front of the house.
He then pressure washed the entire area. He low pressure sprayed down all the plants and shrubs that could have been affected by the wash off of the chlorine cleaner.
He then cleaned the sidewalk, driveway and the street gutter.
When done he washed and squeegeed all the windows on the lanai side of the house.
The house looks great. The entire process took 3 1/2 hours and he was very thorough and neat.
