We requested a quote for an irrigation system and Mike called within minutes! He was at our home the next morning, gave us his recommendations and a fair price. We decided on a start date for about a week later. However, he had room in his schedule and actually started a few days early. His crew had all 5 zones installed in a day. Mike came out the next day and explained how everything worked. I also should mention that Mike is very knowledgeable about all aspects of landscaping: grass, palm trees- etc. I highly recommend Florida Living Concepts!

Mike was great! Andrew did a great job too! They were both punctual and professional. We had an irrigation system installed, sod laid down, and a landscaping gravel hauled in. Our house looks so much better! Thank you!

10/26/20: My paver project (small) was a repair. The owner of this company arrived on time and his price was more than reasonable. I recommend this company for landscape and paver type work.

Company owner called, came out for estimate on repair of cement brick pavers in my driveway and replacement of a broken stone in a garden fence. Offered a simple, comprehensible contract for the work. Cost was reasonable for the work involved. No money up front! Full payment was given after the work was finished and approved by homeowner. Excellent job and experience; would rehire for sure.

Mike and Dallas are really friendly, professional young men. They asked the right questions over the phone and came prepared to replace our rain sensor immediately. They took the time to explain the problem, and replaced it with a sensor that has accessible batteries. (Next time, we can just replace the batteries and not the entire sensor.) They also checked the entire irrigation system to be certain that it was all working properly. Highly, highly recommend them.!

Mike and Dallas discovered the problem with my lawn irrigation system within minutes. I needed a new pump. They were able to remove the old one without removing my hedges and digging up my lawn. Their care and attention to detail was excellent while replacing all old, worn parts and wiring. Mike, the owner, was gracious and offered me a good price for excellent replacement parts and excellent service. Couple all of this with his friendly, professional attitude. On Saturday, I contacted Mike through Home Advisor. I received a phone call within minutes. He said he would be over the next day on a Sunday. He reviewed the whole system and programmed a new controller. He is very efficient and at a very reasonable price.

No nonsense, quick response, competitive price, work carried out quickly and efficiently. If you need an irrigation system installed, don't waste time with anyone else, Mike is your guy.

Mike was prompt in answering my post for help and quickly found my problems. Mike had to return with parts to complete job and showed up on time and his pricing was very reasonable.

Great worker, Mike called back quickly and came out the next day Sunday for a look see (evaluation). Was here for about 20 minutes and found the issue. Replaced the pump a few days later. He resolved before I could get on the waiting list of others. The cost was a bit high I think. Mike was quick, with good communication, I would use again.

Mike the owner came out and quoted our landscaping project within two days. His price was competitive What sold me was his knowledge on the different plants and what would work best for our project. After accepting his bid on Sunday and giving him a deposit He told me he would be there to start the project on Thursday. He and his worker was there Thursday morning and worked all day. He told me they would finish on Friday but had a quick job he had promised In the morning to do. He kept his word got here early afternoon and worked till dark to finish. My wife and I were very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Florida Living Concepts and glad I once again got a great contractor through Home Advisor.

Mike and his team were fantastic. Job was completed in the time frame promised. Originally contacted for sprinkler system, while he was there Mike mentioned he also did landscaping. He ended up completely retrofitting the sprinkler system and did a great job cleaning out yard of all over growth. We just purchased house and the yard was a mess. Now looks great. Price was more than fair and work was perfect. We will be calling Mike in the near future for additional work. Highly recommended.

Mike did a tremendous job taking care of my irrigation reroute, preparing the ground and laying the sod. Gave me a competitive quote via email while standing in my driveway. First to Come out...he got the job, fixed the sprinkler zone...plus I had him install landscape lighting, now Iâ m waiting for him to repair pavers, seems like he is getting to busy.
