 + -1 moreBob Doria has done a number of home repair and small construction projects at our house in Nokomis Florida Latest involved a bathroom projects and as usual Bob was prompt and professional . Bob has done four or five small construction projects for us and it always very fair in his cost and extremely reliable . He has completed window installations, moved a front door and windows to change the entry of our house . Working with Bob and his helper has always been so positive .It can be tough to find reliable and dependable repair and handyman projects in the state of Florida and we will not use anyone but Bob I very strongly recommend his company and services . Some of the best I have ever encountered
Description of Work: He has done a number of projects for us in our Florida the latest a bathroom upgrade and remodel but over the past 4 years he has done small construction projects covering windows , doors, and kitchen upgrades

 + 0 moreDoria Construction was punctual, courteous and very professional in the care they took to keep everything as clean as possible. They reviewed what they were going to attempt and accomplished what they said in a timely manner and at the projected cost. I now have a microwave that exhausts to the outside instead of the wall. I would hire them with no hesitation in the future.
Description of Work: The work to be done included moving a vertical duct panel to where a microwave could exhaust heat from the range below. The work previously by the original builder was defective in that the microwave exhausted directly into drywall.

Description of Work: Bob Doria of Dorian Construction recently coompleted three projects for us in our house in Nokomis. He cut a hole for a dishwasher with some minor caboinet work . Bob was cost effective and quick in his completion of this work In addition he installed a new door and windows plus some minor electrical work and some cement work for an entry way project . I cannot over emphasize how pleased we are with Bob and his work . The quality of his work was exceptional at a reasonable price . He kept us informed of the status on a regular basis. Before the project was complete we returned to our home in the midwest and he kepy us informed with update pictures. We have done many remoldeling projects at multiple locations and I would recommend Bob and his company as one of the very best I have ever work with

 + -1 moreWe will definitely call Doria Construction for all of our future needs. They were professional, moderately priced, and overall great to work with. We had hired two other contractors with very bad results before finding Doria Construction. Our job consisted of a total remodel of the kitchen and baths with new floor covering throughout the house. We could not be happier with the work of Doria Construction. A special thanks to Bob and Lester for your wonderful attitudes and professionalism. They came in late in the game after two other contractors and saved us. There were so many things that had to be fixed and redone but it was no problem for Bob and Lester. If you are looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and experienced contractor call Doria Construction.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen and bath remodel plus replacing floor covering throughout the house. Doria Construction came in four months after the job started and two other contractors had made quiet a mess of things. In three weeks Doria Construction had our job completed and we were completely satisfied.

 + 0 moreI bought a foreclosure that was pretty much a dump. A friend suggested Doria Construction who sent out two very knowledgeable and efficient guys. They had ideas for my renovation which improved upon my original plans. The process was easy and I didn't need to worry about anything. I feel that I got my money's worth for my renovations.
Description of Work: Installed new toilets, vanities and light fixtures, tile floor, doors and trim in bathrooms. Tore down wall between living room and kitchen to create open floor plan with kitchen island in the middle. Installed cabinets, laid new tile, updated light fixtures, fan etc.
