This tree was close to the house and they didn’t have an appropriate rope to take it down. They only had a nylon thin rope. They had to tie the nylon rope to a tree behind and then called a third party to help them. They almost lost it into the house. The head guy said he had been doing this for 20 years. He got up on the roof on one side and couldn’t get down from the other because he said he needed a ladder. They had no water jug on their truck and they kept coming to my door to get water. I don’t mind providing them with water, but they were unprepared. I had to give him some cash for this or that out of the price rather than waiting until he was job was complete.
