To start with Dennis and his one man crew did a good job. This did not last. He was also hired to do the maintenance for our community and the same thing happened. I am not always at this home but when I was there the work was adequate but I would have to point things out to be taken care of. I would end up doing some of these things myself. When I was gone things really went down hill. The lawn was mowed sometimes but the landscape was not attended too and when I returned I had to go into the beds and pick out old palm leaves. I just got tired of having to speak to them about the work not being done.
