Having had multiple experiences with builders ranging from small remodeling jobs up to building complete free standing buildings, and having had generally good experiences with all of the builders that I have used I think it is important to make it very public when a builder has done an exceptionally good job and in addition to quality workmanship been honest, communicative, and good humored with a very fussy client. Dave Tubesing is this kind of builder.
