It is hard to reach them and get things straightened out. Contact is difficult. I have no comment for responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism because they have never been here.

I don't like them at all. They're late on their appointment times. It takes forever to get through to anybody on the telephone. It takes forever to get answers straightened out. I don't find their customer service to be very good.

I do not like Comcast Cable a lot. The picture that we get sometimes gets interrupted or freezes. The internet that we get seems to disappear every so often. The quality of the service provided is just not what I would like it to be. When I call the guy comes but it takes a couple or a few days.
