Excellent, but backed up in being able to do the work

Tyler and Max serviced the system.  They found sprinkler heads buried in the grass, replaced sprinkler heads that were non-functioning or broken, and made sure the sprinkler system was covering all the appropriate areas of the lawn and plantings.  They were 100% professional and efficient.  They made recommendations on improvements to the pump and the arrangement of sprinkler heads to provide better coverage.  I would definitely use them again.

He said to call me if there are any issues with the sprinklers. I have called him over the past two weeks and he has yet to get back to me.

We have used them at least 3 or times at two different properties and could not be more satisfied. The service and repairs are accomplished quickly and professionally and at a very reasonable price.
We will be using them twice a year, at the beginning and end of the watering season, to make sure our system is kept in top notch shape.

Max came out for the service call. He is very upbeat and friendly. He is very thorough and did a great job. He also checked my sprinkler system to see if the heads were spraying the correct distance and checked a few heads that were sticking in the popped up position. I've never had a sprinkler system and he was very helpful in showing me how to use mine.

I initially scheduled an appointment with this company and canceled it because I thought I had everything under control. Well it was way out of control and I rescheduled. Tyler was very thorough and explained everything he did and the reasons for it. He spent about 90 minutes here and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I really thought I had major problems and that the bill would be much higher. I was completely happy with the work and the price.

Had gotten 5 estimates. Clark Estimate was a bit higher than other estimates but since he was from Ohio, I felt I would get quality work. I needed to have my outside stair system to second floor replaced since they had deteriorated from rain water damage due to missing gutter system prior to purchase of home. The old system had not been installed properly so additional posts had to be installed for structural support. The deck also had deteriorated planks also due to excessive deterioration which required partial replacement on both sides of deck. I requested additional support both underneath deck and posts. My concern is that the quality of the materials was substandard. I believed the materials would be of a higher grade, but in examining the workmanship and checking the quality with material suppliers both independent and bulk suppliers like Home Depot/Lowes, I found materials used at lower end of quality. I also expected stainless steel nails but got galvanized instead with some not completely hammered down. I found these nails in walking across the deck either stepping on them or scraping against them with my foot. Rick also reused materials removed but did not secure these pieces back in completely. I believe Rick feels he is offering quality work for the price he quotes. I believe that if someone is considering using Rick then they should: 1) get advanced pricing of materials that would be required, especially items like lumber, treads, nails, etc. 2) request a detailed material list with pricing from Clark in a more professional format rather than a bulk amount. 3) Ask to see proof of license and if he is bonded to ensure your own protection. 4) If he is going to reused any materials, please ask for specifics. 5) Ask him to provide proof that his help are also qualified. I found his help to be substandard and a bit irresponsible. In less than one year, the steps deteriorated to the point I had to have yet another professional repair and replace them. I also had additional replacement performed on those materials that were reused. Mr. Clark does have very good skills, and quality of work is good, but his help is not, and he overcharged me for materials that basically were not what I believed I had paid for.

Everything went well. This was the first time I used Clark Connections and I was very pleased with their service. They are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Max is extremely friendly and knowlegable on irrigation systems, including the clocks. He was a joy to have around as he is very upbeat and generally seems to be in a good mood no matter what obstacles he runs into while working. We would definitely call Max again should we need anything repaired or modified with our sprinkler/irrigation system.

They did a good job and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. They also solved a problem that another company could not solve after several visits.
