Chris came diagnosed the problem then ordered the part. He actually got the part a day earlier than promised. Installed the part and we were good to go.

He replaced the motor and made adaptations when the dealer's new one did contain all of the parts the old one did. He is super. Very efficient and did a great job. I would not hesitate to call him for any appliance repair.

Chris has done work on a washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator. His costs are reasonable. He has always done good work for me. I am happy with his service.

Excellent. Often repair personnel try to sell you something. Chris Ball repaired the dryer inexpensively and it is running wonderfully. I would highly recommend him.
