The faucet and microwave installations were satisfactory. The paint work was the most expensive portion and was horrendous. We were not at the property and the owner subcontracted the work without our knowledge or permission. We were sent misleading and inaccurate photos of the paint work and foolishly paid him in full. Upon seeing the work in person, the owner was immediately contacted and it was agreed he would refund a portion of our costs. That never happened and he chose to ignore our attempts to contact him. A complaint was later filed with the BBB which can be reviewed here. [*** Link removed ***]
