Phil promptly arrived for the appointment we'd scheduled for the estimate, and was prepared to answer all of my questions. He listened to what I wanted and understood that I was working within a budget. He explained that if I later wanted to add a keypad or another remote opener, that could easily be done. The installer also was prompt and did an excellent job, completely cleaning up everything so that there was nothing left for me to do afterward. I especially enjoyed dealing with a local company that has been in business for a long time and will be here if I need service in the future. My only disappointment was that they don't also install entry doors!
